Appointments
You must be 18 or over to receive any treatment.
A patch test is required at least 48 hours before your appointment. These can be posted to you. Failure to complete a patch test before your appointment could result in your appointment being cancelled and deposit being lost.
To secure an appointment you must pay a non refundable £100 booking fee. Your appointment will not be secured until the booking fee is paid.
All booking fees are non refundable.
We require at least one weeks notice to change or reschedule an appointment or your booking fee will be lost.
Please arrive at-least 5 minutes before your appointment to give time to fill out consultation/medical forms if you haven't done so already.
If you are late by 30 minutes or more your treatment will be cancelled and booking fee lost.
When booking your treatments with me, it is important to remember that you will require a second 'Essential Top Up' appointment 4 - 8 weeks (no earlier) after your first treatment. Please book your essential top up below after you have confirmed your initial treatment date with me to avoid disappointment. If not, your appointment will be made on the day of your first treatment for the earliest available appointment. If you do not book your top up appointment before the 8 weeks there will be a £50 charge.
Microblading
You must fill out a medical form up to 48 hours before your procedure with us. You can find this here.
If a third treatment is required a cover charge of £50 will occur. This appointment must be carried out within 2 months of post touch-up date. (This can be due to aftercare/the individual’s skin or the overall look one wants to achieve).
We are not responsible for offering a third treatment free of charge. Microblading is a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. No guarantees will be made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results.
When booking your initial appointment please ensure you can return for your touch up appointment within the 8 weeks period. Failure to do so will result in a £50 cover charge.
We have the right to decline services if doctors documentation is not presented when required.
If you have previously had any Semi-Permanent Makeup done by another artist please send email a clear of your eyebrows prior to booking any appointment. This allows us to review your eyebrows and advise if we are able to assist. If we are not able to work over the area we have the right to refuse treatment.
The healing process is a minimum of 2 weeks so please be aware that you are not advised to have any sun exposure or sunbed use in this time as well as no heavy exercise or water contact.
You have requested a microblading/micropigmentation treatment that involves minor breakage of the skin surface and this process may complicate some medical conditions. Please read the following information carefully, and if any of these conditions apply to you, you must declare them to the practitioner on the premises and discuss these matters. Same goes for any planned Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peels,
Injectable Fillers (Botox).
SKIN CONDITIONS
Eczema this may make a person more prone to skin infections/ irritation
Psoriasis or other chronic skin conditions, excluding acne and disorders of pigmentation- same complications as eczema.
CIRCULATORY DISORDERS
Heart disorders some heart defects render individuals more prone to serious heart complications from any blood infections High/low blood pressure can cause lightheadedness and may be linked to other heart- circulation disorders Haemophilia and other bleeding disorders- as may result in poor healing.
PREGNANCY
Nursing mothers treatment must not interfere with the feeding process; also, any risk of infection for them is also a potential risk for their baby. Pregnancy the immune response may be affected by pregnancy; any infection may affect an unborn child.
OTHER MEDICAL CONDITIONS
Epilepsy and persons who have experienced a seizure in the last two years. Medication may cause side effects and poor control of the condition may result in fitting/seizure during treatment.
Diabetes long term sufferers may have circulation problems that can reduce the healing properties of the skin; this can result in severe infection.
Auto-Immune Disease, HIV or other conditions or treatments causing immune- deficiency (e.g. cancer treatments- radio/chemo therapy) - are more prone to serious infections.
Hepatitis C may have circulation problems that can reduce the healing properties of the skin; this can result in severe infection.
Medication - Warfarin, Antabuse, Roaccutane; side effects may affect healing and recovery from treatment.
ALLERGIC RESPONSES
Allergies especially nickel allergy, may result in serious skin reaction from a small amount of metals sometimes.

MEDICAL HISTORY OF KELOID SCARRING
People who have previously had keloid scars, are more likely to develop one at the treated area.
OTHER CONSIDERATIONS BEFORE YOU UNDERGO TREATMENT
General treatment cannot be undertaken if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Any other conditions any visible evidence of a cold sore or fever blister or a skin disorder, broken capillaries on the area to be treated

In regards to GDPR act, your personal and medical information that is documented on the day of your treatment will not be used or shared with any third parties. Medical information will only be retained for approximately 12 months after your last treatment.
